Do you enjoy working outdoors in a high energy environment all while helping children grow and step outside their comfort zone? Join our team as an Archery Instructor at The Twin Lakes Family YMCA in Cedar Park!
Archery Instructors provide experiential activities and facilitate a powerful learning opportunity for participants of all ages at the Archery Range during our evening Archery Classes and Leagues or during daytime summer camps at Camp Twin Lakes.
Essential Functions
- Safely facilitate a wide range of archery elements;
- Inspect equipment and hardware daily;
- Document equipment usage reporting any issues to supervisor;
- Exhibit teamwork and good communication with fellow Staff and other Camp Staff;
- Process experience through debriefing in a group setting
Skills/ Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old;
- Previous Archery experience required;
- Ability and willingness to work outside;
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
Pay: from $15/hour
